Technical knowledge is not required to manage your online store on ndhgo, It is an easy, simple to use platform though which you can create your online store, add products, manage inventory, accept online payments, plan deliveries much more.

How do I sell on ndhgo?

To sell on ndhgo:

  • Register as a Seller.
  • List your products under specific business categories.
  • Share your store links to your customers.
  • On receiving an order, pack the product and based on your delivery settings, either your customer will pick up the order or you deliver it to the customer.
  • Your customer get notifications when the order delivered successfully and the process completes.
  • After your order is successfully completed, ndhgo will settle your payment in case of online transaction based on “Payment terms”.
Can I offer both products and services on ndhgo?

Currently you can sell products through ndhgo, soon we will brings services to sell.

What are the documents required to register as a seller on ndhgo?

To start with, you need a active mobile number with a smartphone. For some features KYC verification might be needed.

What are the options for delivery?

ndhgo offers self delivery by the store and third party delivery via our delivery partners with the best rates guaranteed.

How do I manage my orders on ndhgo?

The seller dashboard of ndhgo is easy to manage and keep a track of. When the order is placed by a customer, the seller receives a mobile alert. The seller then initiates packing or processing the order for the order to get delivered within the time frame. While processing, he can update the order status from his seller panel. Accordingly ndhgo will update your customers by sending notifications.

Does ndhgo provide packaging material?

No, ndhgo doesn’t provide with any packaging material

Who decides the price of the product?

It’s your store- you decide the price of products.

What percentage of commission is charged against sales?

Zero commission charged on sales. 

How and when do I get paid?

All payments are made through NEFT transactions (online banking). The payment is made directly to your bank account within the next 2-3 business days from the date of payment received.

How many products do I need to list to start selling?

You are required to have a minimum of 1 product listed to start selling on ndhgo

How do I list my products on ndhgo?

You can select relevant categories & products for your business from the ndhgo Master Catalogue. Alternatively you can also add custom products to your product list.

How do I price my products?

You can price as you wish and add later shipping cost based on distance. You also can sell inclusive of shipping cost above cart value, for that when pricing products, please account for the applicable Shipping / delivery cost and packaging charges to arrive at the Selling Price.

What charges do I need to pay for listing products on ndhgo?
