How we work

At NDHGO, we give you the opportunity to experiment new ideas that make the company, new ideas have to be approved by a manager and have a stringent hierarchy , however at NDHGO we encourage every employee to identify areas of opportunity within the organization, and propose solutions. The intention is to prevent ideas from being buried and lost.

1. Drive and Embrace change

Change is constant when you are a part of a growing company. We must all learn not only to not fear change, but to also embrace it remaining impassioned, and perhaps more importantly, to encourage and drive it. We must always plan for and construct for constant change. It is expected that change can and will come from all directions, it’s important that most of the changes in the company are driven from the bottom up — from the people who are on the front lines and closest to the customers and/or issues. Never accept or be too comfortable with the circumstances because, the past says, the companies that get into trouble are the ones that aren’t able to respond quickly enough and adapt to change. We are continuously evolving. If we want to continue to stay ahead of our competition, we must continually change and keep them guessing. As long as embracing constant change is a part of our culture, they will not be able to evolve as fast as we can. We seek to astound our customers, our co-workers, our vendors, our partners, and in the long run, our investors.

2. Be fast and fearless

In the early days, fast meant being an opportunist and going for and experimenting, Fast to us means being ruthlessly prioritizing. We need to really listen to the voice of customers and know what the opportunities are, see the patterns, see the trends and then focus and act swiftly. Today, everything is about speed, about being fast to develop and deploy new initiatives. We can be fast when we are fearless. People are afraid of making mistakes, of being vulnerable at work, of being judged by others, of being questioned by trying new ways of working, or of rigid processes. Rather than trying to give their best, they adapt to conform. We ensure not to overlook our existing collective wisdom and try to find the solution inside than outside and tap the untapped power. We are autonomy-driven, giving people room to make decisions, challenge the status quo, and try new things where people are encouraged to make mistakes to learn and grow.

3. Build Unfurled And Candid Relationships With Communication

We believe that openness and candidness make for the best relationships because that leads to trust and faith. We value strong relationships with our managers, direct reports, customers (internal and external), vendors, business partners, team members, and co-workers. It’s important to always act with integrity to be empathetic , cordial, loyal, and to make sure that you do the right thing and treat your relationships well. It is difficult to build trust, but if the trust exists, you can accomplish so much more. 5. Make it simple

For us simplicity should permeate in everything we do. It is the ultimate sophistication. Our products should solve the problem as simple as possible. Our product pricing should be simple to understand. Our processes and policies should be as simplistic as possible while still delivering the structure we need. We should be to work with while still being staunch on the elements critical for mutual success.

The tech department at NDHGO is more than just about your technical ability. We really look for candidates who can fit into our culture. We actually do work. We work hard and play hard. By creating a playful atmosphere, it inspires innovation, and it breaks the “professional” side of you so people can get to know the “real” you which then leads to stronger relationships. These relationships lead to trust, and because there is trust, I want to work harder to not let my team/company down.
